Yes, my group will participate in the  Annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 2, 2011. Please return this completed form by July 24, 2011.  Upon receipt of this form, inquiring dignitaries will be notified and encouraged to visit as many activities as duty assignments permit.   If you have any questions on concerns please add them to the comment section and an officer from the Community Response Unit will be in contact with you.
